The share capital of Croatian Telecom Inc. amounts to EUR 1,359,742,172 and it is divided into 76,550,000 shares without nominal value.

Deutsche Telekom Europe B.V. is the majority shareholder in Croatian Telecom Inc. with a 54.6% holding.

Deutsche Telekom Europe B.V. is 100% owned by Deutsche Telekom Europe Holding B.V. whose 100% owner is Deutsche Telekom Europe Holding GmbH (former name was T-Mobile Global Holding Nr. 2 GmbH). Deutsche Telekom Europe Holding GmbH is 100% owned by Deutsche Telekom AG.

The Croatian War Veterans’ Fund owns 7.1%, with the Restructuring and Sale Center (CERP)/Republic of Croatia holding 1.9%.

The remaining 36.4% is owned by Croatian citizens and other domestic and foreign institutional investors. Raiffeisen Pension Funds (Raiffeisen mirovinski fondovi) are the investor with the largest shareholding among private and institutional investors, holding 10.4% of shares of the Company.

The shares of Croatian Telecom are included in depository services of the Central Depository & Clearing Company as of 12 July 2002.
